I've done it ALL. I understand the role each of these methods can play in your fitness journey. There is no one-size-fits-all model when it comes to your health, but there are standards.
In 2016 I started in the wellness industry as a group fitness instructor. From working in yoga studios to boutique gyms to co-founding a soccer training company to transitioning into the online space post-covid, I've laid the foundation for Consistency Culture over the last 10-years.
My goal is equip you with foundational knowledge, structure, and habits to create a lifestyle shift that supports your wellbeing.
