Hi, I’m Claire.
I teach women over 30 how to strength train with confidence for a stronger body, calmer mind, and more consistent lifestyle without extremes or burnout.
Movement has always been a part of my life. I was a multi-sport athlete all through grade school and college. However, I experienced major injuries during my college career that completely changed my relationship with my body, my identity, and the way I approached fitness.
After tearing both ACLs, I had to learn what it meant to rebuild from the ground up physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Those experiences taught me something I now teach my clients every day:
Strength is not built through punishment or an all-or-nothing mindset.
It’s built through consistency.
Over the last decade, I’ve evolved from group fitness instructor to personal trainer and now an online coach who helps women create sustainable fitness routines that support their real lives.
So many women are stuck in cycles of:
