I’m Claire — as an online personal trainer and coach, my work lives at the intersection of structure and self-trust. I help people train their bodies, steady their routines, and build a way of showing up that lasts — not just for a season, but for life.
I’ve spent my life as an athlete, and along the way I’ve experienced injury, recovery, and rebuilding more than once. Each time, I had to start again — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Those seasons taught me something most programs overlook: motivation fades, life changes, and progress only lasts when your structure can adapt.
Over the last decade as a certified group fitness instructor and five years as a certified personal trainer, I’ve worked with people who care deeply about their health but feel stuck in cycles of all-or-nothing effort. They don’t need more pressure — they need a way to stay connected to their goals when things aren’t perfect.
That’s what led me to create Consistency Culture and my signature Effort Scale Method™ — a framework that helps people build strength, habits, and routines by meeting themselves where they are. Instead of pushing harder, we learn how to adjust without quitting. Instead of starting over, we learn how to stay.
