Hi, I’m Claire Lawson, a personal trainer and online fitness coach.

I help women stop relying on motivation and finally learn how to strength train in a way that feels sustainable, empowering, and grounded in real life.

My approach combines strength training, habit building, and lifestyle routines to help women feel stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally.
